Public Library

Total area:  27,177.1   sq ft
Library:        342.8   sq ft
Office:         919.39  sq ft
Green space:  6,679.59  sq ft

I designed this entire project from the conceptualization, through the structural design and all functional and architectural details of the interior and exterior.

The proposal for this library includes spaces equipped with the newest technology, putting the Chimalhuacán City Library at the level of the best libraries in México.  The photo realistic renderings give us an idea of how the building would look at the completion of its construction.

Clinic-Hospital

I designed this private clinic/hospital according to the building code for hospitals in Mexico (IMSS). This project consisted of 3 levels of construction with a total area of 62,457.06 sq. ft. and a 30,511.95 sq. ft. parking garage with a capacity of 84 vehicles. This private clinic is equipped with installations for the medical specialties of Cardiology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Oncology, and Radiology, as well as an Emergency Ward.

It also includes a pharmacy, blood bank, 19 examination rooms, 2 nurses’ stations, 3 waiting rooms, 4 operating rooms, a chapel, conference rooms, and elevators.  The proposed materials include: steel, concrete, crystal, brick, and glass block.
